CoFounda is a software platform, not a law firm. The content, blueprints, and suggestions generated by our AI are for informational and alignment purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice or create an attorney-client relationship. You should always consult with a qualified attorney before signing binding agreements.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CoFounda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. The Service
CoFounda provides tools to help co-founders align on equity, roles, and responsibilities. We provide templates and AI-generated suggestions ("Blueprints"). You acknowledge that these Blueprints are starting points for negotiation, not final legal contracts.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Data
You retain all rights to the specific data and intellectual property information you input regarding your venture.
4.2 CoFounda IP
The CoFounda platform, its original content, features, and functionality (including the AI logic and questionnaire structure) are and will remain the exclusive property of CoFounda Ltd.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CoFounda, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
