Yes. All premium plans allow you to export your generated agreements to PDF, DOCX, and Notion formats.
Is this legally binding?
CoFounda creates "Operating Blueprints" which are memorandums of understanding. We recommend having a lawyer review the final output.
Do both founders need to pay?
No. One subscription covers a "Venture." You can invite your co-founder to that venture for free.
