We collect information to provide our equity alignment and blueprint generation services.

1.1 Information you provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Venture Data: Information about your startup, including equity splits, capital contributions, IP ownership, and roles.
  • Partner Information: Email addresses of co-founders you invite to the platform.
  • Payment Information: We use third-party processors (Stripe) to handle payments; we do not store your credit card details.

1.2 Usage Data

We collect data on how you interact with our dashboard, including time spent on modules, features used, and device information (IP address, browser type).

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We use your information to:

  • Generate your "Operating Blueprint" and legal framework suggestions.
  • Use AI algorithms to analyze compatibility and flag potential conflicts between partners.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send you notifications about venture milestones or invite statuses.
Note on AI Processing: We use Artificial Intelligence to analyze your inputs. Your specific venture data is processed to generate insights but is not used to train public models in a way that could expose your intellectual property.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share your data in the following circumstances:

  • With your Co-Founder: Your inputs are shared with your invited partner(s) to facilitate transparency.
  • Service Providers: Hosting (AWS), Payment (Stripe), and Email (SendGrid) services necessary to run the app.
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
